The house

Our will was to create a magical project in a unique city. Passionate about the enhancement of furniture with character, we found this house with a 17th century patio renovated in the 18th century, that perfectly suited what we were looking for: offering our guests a unique stay based on 3 values:

PRIVILEGED LOCATION in the heart of the city. Perfectly located to visit Seville on foot, 3 minutes from Plaza de la Encarnación-Las Setas, 3 minutes from Dueñas, 4 minutes from Alameda de Hércules and less than 15 minutes from the Cathedral. This house is built around a Sevillian patio from the 18th century with columns, pilasters and arches that make you feel the authentic flavour of Sevillian houses with all the comforts of the 21st century.

Prioritize the guest’s SANITARY SAFETY in relation to four aspects: Check-in and door opening will be done online from your own mobile device so the contact with elements such as knobs and keys gets minimized.

Free check out until 12:00h, avoiding contact with employees since signatures or return keys are not needed.

We follow the necessary safety protocols that minimize sanitary risks: the cleaning of common areas and rooms with specific products.

Common areas of the hotel are all outdoors, and the AC and heating are individual and exclusive for each room.
