House rules

This information is VERY IMPORTANT, both to ensure that you understand the way the check-in and the house’s rules work and to ensure that your stay runs smoothly.

• The house has no lobby. The entrance to both the house and your room will be through an app that Hoomvip will send to your email address once you have done the online check-in. With that app you will get your access codes for both the entrance door and your room.
• Check-in from 3:00 p.m. Check-out until 12:00 p.m.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The establishment is not responsible for valuables, including those that have been deposited in safes.
• For security reasons, access to the establishment of unregistered persons is not allowed.
• For the common good and rest of all, customers are asked to respect the silence between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
• Breakfast will be served from 8:00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. (coffee, tea, milk, juice and toast).
• The daily room cleaning service will be carried out between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. To request this service, you will be provided with a sign to indicate when your room is ready to be cleaned.
• The pool hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.
• The house has common areas, all outdoors (patio, terrace, pool).
• If you want us to change the towels, please leave them on the floor.
• This establishment reserves the right of admission in case these rules are not respected.
